• Where is the meeting point for the tours?
All our maritime and combo tours depart from Playa Grande, at the northernmost pointof Las Galeras, right at the end of Calle Principal. Look for the distinct AquaTerra team near the main beachfront boat launching area. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled departure.

• What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our absolute priority. If rough sea conditions or severe weather force us to cancel, we will notify you immediately. You can choose to reschedule for free or receive a 100% refund of your deposit.

• What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a flexible Peace of Mind policy. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour start time to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

• Do I need a driver’s license to operate the ATVs?
Yes. To drive our all-terrain vehicles, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license from your home country. No prior off-road experience is necessary—our guides provide a full safety briefing and driving tutorial before we head out.

• Are your tours suitable for young children?
Our small-group boat circuits (like the "Tres Playas" tour) are fantastic for families! However, for our high-octane ATV and Super Combo tours, passengers riding on the back of a vehicle must be at least 12 years old for safety reasons.

• What should I bring on the tour?
We highly recommend wearing swimwear under light clothing that you don't mind getting muddy, along with closed-toe water shoes or old sneakers. Don't forget reef-safe sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, a towel, and a small dry bag for your electronics!
